When it comes to smartphone shopping there are fans of both sides and they are loyal. If you really want to compare the two, well you cannot. How Easy Is It To Use?
Both phones are pretty easy to use, it may be a learning curve switching from one to the other simply because of how different they are. If you can learn to use one, you should be able to learn to use the other as well. One of the biggest differences is that Android is more modifiable whereas with Apple, you get what you get. If you like being able to personalize every detail of your phone versus just adding a picture then you may want to go with Android.
Luxury or Affordable
The bottom line is that Apple makes luxury phones. They are beautiful to look at but also expensive. Android phones do not sell for the high dollar amount as iPhones even if they work just as well. You probably keep some pretty important information on your fine like personal information, emails, passwords, banking information, card information, etc. The last thing you want is a hacker getting into your phone. Because Apple keeps a tight rein on everything that goes onto its devices it is much harder to hack, and because Android is more relaxed it is more prevalent to hackers. No matter what device you are using, there is still malware so you need to be careful on what you click on.
Cameras
When tested side by side, the camera on the 10x optical zoom on the Android phones just cannot be beat. It produced better quality pictures than the Pixel 6 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro. If pictures are important to you, then you may like the Android options.
Peripherals
This means any gadgets that plug into your phone. The android uses a basic USB port for everything. For Apple products, they use the lightning port so it is exclusive and a little more expensive.
The Cloud
It is convenient to have all of your information, pictures, contacts, and basically everything on your phone down to the way your apps are laid out saved to the cloud. When you get a new phone you simply log in and everything will go to the new device. Apple’s version of this storage system is the Cloud. If you run out of space however, you will have to pay to get more storage. Android uses Google’s applications and that also stores everything from your phone. Some may argue they like the Google service better, but again this is a preference.
